Three’s ascendency to the very top of the mobile telecommunications market has been nothing short of remarkable. Launched on the 3rd of March, 2003 (03-03-03), the company was a subsidiary of Hutchinson Whampoa, formally the owner of Orange (which is told for $33 billion). The company launched on the back of the young and burgeoning 3G mobile technology. This network allowed them to cut costs and do things like video calling, but it also had an extremely limited coverage rate and a poor selection of phones. Over time though, their service has improved in leaps and bounds, complimenting their low pricing. Today, they’re one of the biggest mobile networks in the UK, and even offer mobile broadband to their customers.

Three Broadband Customer Service 0843 770 0247

Hands up everybody who loves getting in touch with customer service departments! Exactly, nobody likes taking time out of our day to solve problems, but from time to time it’s necessary. Whether you’re looking to sign up for Three Broadband, have a question about your existing Three Broadband package or are planning to move home, you’ll need to call Three Broadband on 0843 770 0247.

This Three Broadband number works for both new and existing broadband and mobile phone customers, and will connect you with a member of Three’s UK customer service team. Some callers will be put through to an IVR announcement where they will presented with options to direct their call. After listening closely to those options and selecting the one which best describes your needs, you’ll be directed to an appropriate department. Calls to the customer service department operate from 8AM to 8PM on Monday through Friday and from 9AM to 6PM on the weekend, so you’re certain to find a time that suits you.

The internet can be a fantastic resource for solving problems, but it’s not perfect. When you’ve got an issue you want sorted, digging through what seem to be endless menu systems to find a solution can be a real pain. That’s why there’s simply no replacement for the customer support you get from a real person. That’s why we provide this Three Broadband contact number, so you can get back to living your life.

Three Broadband Contact Information

If you’d prefer to put your Three Broadband customer service complaint or request in writing, email them or contact them on social media, information for doing so can be found below:

Three Broadband Address:

Three Customer Services,
Hutchison 3G UK Ltd,
PO Box 333,
Glasgow,
G2 9AG.

Planning to write to Three Broadband? You’ll need to include your name, date of birth and postcode in the letter, as well as the contact number details for how you’d like them to get back to you. Indeed, we’d also recommend sending your letter via a postage method that requires a signature, such as Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Via these methods, you can track your letter online, so you know exactly when Three receive it. This is particularly useful if you are formally writing to Three to close your account, writing to Three to send important documents or to make a complaint.

Three Broadband Email Address: 3_customer.services@3mail.com

Thankfully, Three still offer their customers the opportunity to email them directly. You’ll need to include your name, customer reference number and address in the email, along with your complaint. Three suggest that they will need 7 days to respond to an email query, so it’s usually best to ring them directly if possible.

Three Broadband Social Media: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube.

As fast as calling the Three contact number is directly is, it’s sometimes just not practical. If that’s the case with you, then the best way to get in touch with them is through their Twitter account. On Twitter Three operate a dedicated online support account, manned by customer service representatives who will work quickly to resolve your issues. Either log in with your Twitter account or set one up and then tweet @ThreeUKSupport for customer support. Alternatively, you can find them on Facebook, where they respond to customer service requests in their comments. Links to both services can be found above, along with a link to Three’s YouTube Channel where they offer video tutorials, amongst other videos.

What is the best way to contact Three Broadband?

There’s no shortage of ways to get in touch with Three, however, despite the advances in technology, there’s still no real replacement for speaking to somebody on the phone. That’s why we provide a contact number for Three on 0843 770 0247.

Once dialled, all you need to do is follow the instructions that you’re given by the pre-recorded voice. With that done, you’ll be put through a to a customer service assistant who can help solve your Three broadband issues. Like all telecoms companies, Three’s customer service lines can become busy at peak hours like in the morning, during lunch and after working hours. If you can, try to avoid these times in order to get through faster.

What is the best way to make a Three Broadband complaint?

None of us like making complaints, but if your issue hasn’t been solved or you’re unhappy with the service you’ve received, then there is recourse. However, before anything else we’d recommend giving Three a chance to fix the issue. If they again fail to resolve your complaint or you’re not satisfied with the help you got, then you should write to them using the address listed above (this can be found in Three Broadband Contact Information section).

If that doesn’t work either, we’d recommend contacting the Ombudsman Service. It should only be used as a last resort, as it will result in an investigation into Three’s activities, but The Ombudsman can handle your unresolved complaint about customer service, subscription fees, problems with payment and much more. Here’s their contact information:
